Register here for the 2023 Board Certification in Lifestyle Medicine exam.
The 2023 Board Certification exam will be held on 7 September in Melbourne, immediately prior to our LM23: Better Health for All conference.
Registrations for this exam will close on 30 June 2023.
This registration includes:
- Non-refundable registration fee of $440
- Exam fee
- Peer-review and feedback as needed (e.g. for case study component)
- Access to peer-led study group and networking
- Access to self-guided education materials
Please note this registration does not cover any additional costs that may apply, such as for courses or other activities you may undertake in order to prepare for the exam and meet the requirements of Certification.
Categories of Certification:
- Certified Physician (Medical doctors)
- Certified by the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine
- Requirements: 150 item exam, case study, 10 hours CME/CPD
- $1760 exam fee + non-refundable registration fee of $440 = $2200 (ASLM Members save $220)
- Certified Professional (Masters/PhD level health professionals)
- Certified by the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine
- Requirements: 120 item exam, case study, 10 hours CME/CPD
- $1430 exam fee + non-refundable registration fee of $440 = $1870 (ASLM Members save $220)
- Certified Practitioner (Degree level health professionals)
- Certified by the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine (not IBLM certified)
- Requirements: 120 item exam, case study, 10 hours CME/CPD
- $1430 exam fee + non-refundable registration fee of $440 = $1870 (ASLM Members save $220)
- Can be upgraded to ‘Professional’ level on award of Masters or PhD within 3 years
