- Completing core ASLM training in Lifestyle Medicine
- Demonstrating competency in at least FOUR key domains such as:
- Nutrition
- Physical activity
- Sleep health
- Behaviour change and health coaching
- Mental and emotional wellbeing
- Social connection and support
You can also show additional expertise in areas such as:
- Pathophysiology of chronic disease
- Cultural identity and meaning
- Addiction and exposure management
You’ll submit an RPL application to have your qualifications, CPD, clinical work, research, teaching, or publications formally assessed.
