Join us in celebrating Lifestyle Medicine Week!

Lifestyle Medicine Week is being celebrated globally from 18–24 May, and offers a unique opportunity for us to raise awareness of the impact and importance of Lifestyle Medicine around the world.

Each day of Lifestyle Medicine Week we’ll highlight one of the six key Lifestyle Medicine pillars on our social media channels. You might like to join us by participating in an activity related to the Lifestyle Medicine pillar of the day! Our sister organisations around the world, including the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, and the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine, are enthusiastically participating in Lifestyle Medicine Week 2024.

ASLM Accreditation in Lifestyle Medicine (AALM)

Lifestyle Medicine Conference 2024 at the Essential Health Summit

Building upon the momentum of Lifestyle Medicine Week 2024, we eagerly anticipate further engagement and exploration at the upcoming Lifestyle Medicine Conference 2024.

For the first time, we have joined forces with the Australian Primary Health Care Nurses Association (APNA) to deliver an unforgettable experience for delegates by merging the Festival of Nursing and Lifestyle Medicine 2024 conference into one cohesive event: The Essential Health Summit!

ASLM’s online collection of clinical resources are designed to help clinicians and allied health practitioners implement Lifestyle Medicine into practice, and facilitate discussions with their patients about behaviour change, nutrition, physical activity and more.
