THE NATURE OF HEALTH
LIFESTYLE MEDICINE PILLARS IN PRACTICE
13-15 NOVEMBER 2026 | HOBART, AUSTRALIA
Hosted by the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine (ASLM), LM26 will bring together primary healthcare professionals, GPs, allied health, and health system leaders for three days of evidence-based, practical insights into the foundations of Lifestyle Medicine.
With a focus on green and blue spaces, social connection, and nature-based health interventions, this national conference will offer keynotes, interactive sessions, networking opportunities, and celebration of our growing movement in one of Australia’s most naturally inspiring settings – Hobart, Tasmania.
In addition to rich discussions and inspiration, the program will provide practical tools to support implementation and integration of all six pillars of Lifestyle Medicine into clinical care.
Enjoy this highlight reel from our Lifestyle Medicine 2023 ‘Better Health For All’ conference for a taste of what to expect.
