Notes

  • Parental Leave Membership is available to any ASLM member who is temporarily not working in a paid capacity due to parental leave.
  • This membership does not renew automatically and is available for 12 months per parental leave period, after which you may renew with a Practitioner or General Membership as applicable.
  • All new memberships are provisional until approved by the Board. We will contact you if we require further information regarding your eligibility.
  • By purchasing this membership, you agree to adhere to the ASLM Member Charter.

  • Please provide your registration number for your professional board or association eg: AHPRA, ESSA, NZMC etc.
  • I confirm that I am eligible for Practitioner or General Membership, but I am currently not working in a paid capacity due to parental leave and am applying for a time-limited Parental Leave Membership.
