The main conference sessions (Friday evening, Saturday & Sunday) are already selected for you. Feel free to add the pre-conference workshops, gala dinner dance or add/remove sessions and the price will update automatically.  

To register a second person or to bring your partner for the dinner, please repeat this process once the first registration is in your cart.

Please note that the Leadership Masterclass or the Board Certification Exam on Thursday 3 Dec are separate events and require a separate registration.
