Expression of Interest: Trial the eHealthier Platform in Your Clinic

ASLM is inviting a small group of member practices to take part in an exciting pilot project with eHealthier—a platform designed to support the implementation of Value-Based Healthcare (VBHC) by making it easier to measure and use patient-reported outcome and experience measures (PROMs and PREMs) in everyday practice.

What’s involved?

• Up to five practices (maximum of five practitioners per practice) and/or individual practitioners will be selected to participate.
• Participants will gain access to and use the eHealthier Cloud platform as part of their clinic workflows during the pilot.
• Participants will agree to share their findings and experiences with ASLM following the pilot.
• The pilot is designed to reduce the burden on practitioners, making the use of PROMs and PREMs practical and manageable alongside clinical work.
