Annual General Meeting 2026

ASLM Members are warmly invited to attend the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM), to be held in person at the Hotel Grand Chancellor, Hobart, 1 Davey Street, Hobart TAS 7000, and livestreamed on Saturday 14 November 2026, at 1:45pm AEDT and the various local times below:

  • 10.45 am WA (AWST)
  • 12.15 pm NT (ACST)
  • 12.45 pm QLD (AEST)
  • 1.15 pm SA (ACDT)
  • 1.45 pm ACT, NSW, VIC, TAS (AEDT)
  • 3.45 pm New Zealand (NZDT)

The meeting will run for approximately 45 minutes.

If you are unable to attend, you may appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf. A formal Notice of AGM and proxy form will be emailed to all Members.

Please note, you are welcome to attend the AGM even if you are not participating in the Conference.
