Sleep Innovations: Improving Sleep Quality Through Sound
Wednesday 18 February 2026 | 7:00pm-8:00pm AEDT (6.00pm-7.00pm AEST / 9.00pm-10.00pm NZDT)
Join Dr Jonathan Sackier as he delves into the topic of sleep and discusses recent clinical trials that explore how audio neuromodulation, delivered through SleepEngine technology, can form part of an effective solution to improve sleep quality.
As one of the six pillars of Lifestyle Medicine, sleep is recognised as playing a vital role in maintaining and improving both mental and physical health. Sleep is complex and individuals often suffer poor health consequences due to lack of sufficient quality and quantity of sleep but find that available solutions are either inadequate or come with adverse effects.
As an internationally renowned surgeon, technology innovator, and entrepreneur, Dr Jonathan Sackier shares his extensive clinical and personal experience and how technology innovations such as SleepEngine can be used to improve patient outcomes through quality sleep.
Includes 15 minutes for live Q&A.
