The WA Lifestyle Medicine community may be small, but it’s mighty – and always seeking new ways to foster connection and continuous learning. Following the success of the Perth Roadshow Event in May, local members have organised a creative and reflective afternoon for their next gathering.

Hosted at Akana Wellness, the brand-new integrative clinic of Dr Catherine Collins in Mount Lawley, this event will feature a hands-on Kintsugi workshop. Kintsugi, the Japanese art of mending broken pottery with gold, offers a powerful metaphor for healing and resilience – making it a meaningful practice to explore as a potential social prescription.

Intro to Kintsugi: 2hr guided session facilitated by Nerrelle Champion from Healing Arts Psychotherapy & Counselling.
Light Refreshments: Enjoy delicious, nutritious refreshments while networking with peers.
