Clinical Guidelines for Lifestyle-Based Mental Health Care Now Available in Chinese

We’re pleased to share that the Clinical Guidelines for Lifestyle-Based Mental Health Care are now available in Traditional Chinese. This translation was led by Associate Professor Fiona Ho from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, a co-author of the original guidelines.

This version is suitable for readers in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau, and is also widely understood across Chinese-speaking communities in Malaysia, Singapore, and other parts of Asia and the world.

Please feel free to share the translated guidelines with colleagues, communities, and organisations who may benefit.

This marks an important step in making evidence-based Lifestyle Medicine resources more accessible to a global audience.
