Investigating the role of lifestyle in multiple sclerosis and mental health management by Dr Nupur Nag
Senior Research Fellow and Deputy head of Neuroepidemiology Unit, at the Melbourne School of Population and Global Health, The University of Melbourne.

Dr Nupur Nag

Dr Nupur Nag holds a PhD in Neuroscience (Uni Melbourne) and is a Senior Research Fellow and Deputy head of Neuroepidemiology Unit, at the Melbourne School of Population and Global Health, The University of Melbourne.
Stemming from over 25 years of research specialising in epigenetics, neurological disorders, epidemiology, and her living experience, Dr Nag is a passionate advocate of lifestyle medicine for chronic illness prevention and management and leads various projects in this area. She has authored over 60 publications, follows the 8 pillars of wellbeing, and is an avid volunteer for organisations supporting mental wellbeing. In her presentation, Nupur will outline her team’s research findings showing the potential role of lifestyle in multiple sclerosis and mental health management.

Ashwind  Skinnon from BlueRock will also be presenting: “Tax and commercial effective business structuring.”

Ashwind, a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience supporting and advising business owners, busy professionals, and high-net-worth families, will share valuable insights into holistic advisory services. As a Barrister & Solicitor of the High Court in New Zealand and a Chartered Accountant, Ashwind brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. He is also a Chartered Tax Advisor and holds a Diploma in Financial Planning.
Ashwind’s dedication to his clients is unparalleled, and he has been a volunteer for the last 7 years as Treasurer of an adult learning-focused not-for-profit organization in Glen Eira. His talk will focus on the benefits of a holistic advisory team, streamlining your advisory needs under one roof.
