ASLM is proud to announce Vively as a membership partner. Vively is a metabolic health platform to engage patients with lifestyle-driven chronic disease. They provide advanced Continuous Glucose Monitoring technology and connect with all popular wearables (Apple Watch, Fitbit, Oura etc.) to give health professionals and patients real-time insights for diet, exercise, sleep and stress and enable coaching and behaviour change for improved health. Over 6,000 patients have used Vively to improve their health and address metabolic disorders such as type 2 diabetes, obesity, heart disease, PCOS and menopause.
Using the free Vively Health dashboard, practitioners can better understand their patient’s metabolic health with detailed glucose and biomarker insights, and enable coaching and behaviour change support through the patient app. Vively helps practitioners to expand their capabilities, engage their patients and drive better health outcomes in order to build a thriving health practice.
When patients sign up for Vively, they are sent Vively’s CGM Kit and dedicated mobile app. Using the app, patients pair with the CGM sensor and connect their wearables to track their glucose and get personalised insights across nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress. Vively also provides in-app coaching support to help patients to implement new behaviours.
Practitioners earn $50 for every new Vively patient that they refer to the platform. Vively process earnings on the first week of every month for the prior month’s referrals. Referrals are counted from the date which the referred user signed up and paid for their Vively CGM subscription. You will receive a payment receipt via email once the earnings have been paid out. The Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine will also receive $25 for each new Vively patient referred to the platform by its members.
